Linda Burkhart, Director: Please contact Linda if you have questions or comments about the museum and the programs we offer.  Also, she would be happy to hear from you about questions you might have about historic preservation, history of the area, general volunteer work at the museum, history of the museum, membership in the Sanford Museum Association, museum accreditation.  And she would love to hear from you about suggestions for programming and future exhibits.

Kerisa Pingel, Educator: Contact Kerisa if you are interested in scheduling and/or discussing educational programs for kids or adults, if you have a Geological item you would like to be identified, any general science questions, questions about Astronomy and the Planetarium.


Kerisa has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Earth Science Education with a Minor in Geology from Northwest Missouri State University

Megan Stroh, Archaeologist: You can contact Megan if you have questions about gradiometer contract surveys, internships and volunteering, archaeological artifacts, archaeological sites, Northwest Chapter of the Iowa Archaeological Society information, Iowa Archaeological Society information, our archaeological collections, or if you’d like Megan to come and put on an archaeological program for your organization or school.
 
Megan achieved Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Anthropology at the University of Minnesota Duluth. She also earned a Master of Science degree in Cultural Resource Management with a focus in Archaeology from St. Cloud State University.
